VENTILATION SHAFT
MIRAGE
The desert sun heats the white sand relentlessly, even though it is twilight. Life here seems to be monotonous as day turns to night and the sand dunes move from one place to another, and only the distant sounds coming from deep underground suddenly paint the image of a secret city hidden from humans' eyes.
These sounds intensify as you approach to a mysterious object that seems to be growing in the middle of the desert. On its surface rises a pipe, releasing vapors of air. At this point it becomes clear that this is not just a sand hill, but a ventilation shaft, which enables the whole underground world to be functioning.

The ventilation shaft has the shape of a beehive, which is considered traditional for ancient desert dwellings. There are 8 pipes on the surface of the shaft that supply fresh air to an entire underground world. At the bottom of the object there is a bench for tired travelers. The ventilation shaft is made of clay.
